At Zest Esthetics, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes it's challenging to keep appointments. We strive to provide the best possible service and appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our cancellation policy.

48-Hour Notice:

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. We completely understand that life happens, and we'll be happy to accommodate your changes with no penalty. This allows us to manage our schedule and offer the slot to another client who may be waiting.

24-Hour Notice:

If you need to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, we kindly ask for a 50% payment of the scheduled service. We recognize that sometimes last-minute changes are unavoidable and appreciate your understanding.

No-Show or Same-Day Cancellation:

In the event of a no-show or cancellation on the same day, we must charge the full 100% of the appointment fee. We understand that emergencies can arise, and we appreciate your consideration for our time and other clients.

Payment Policy:

We reserve the right to charge the card on file or require payment before rebooking your appointment.
